Creative Market: You can find great graphics templates for just about anything related to your business on creative market.

Entrepreneur Templates: This is a resource that I absolutely love. They have over 300 + Canva templates and new templates added every month that you can use on all social media platforms.

Website Themes & Hosting

Podcast WordPress Themes: I definitely recommend WordPress if you’re looking to set up a website for your podcast. It’s really flexible and easy to use. Second Line Themes has a great selection of podcast website templates at a great price. If you need help installing your website, contact me and we’ll get you set up!

Dreamhost: In order to keep your site up and running, you’re going to need website hosting. Dreamhost is reliable, fast and they have great customer service.

Email Marketing

MailerLite: This is currently my favorite email marketing platform. It’s simple and allows me to add some flare and creativity to my emails. They have really great tutorials and customer service and you can sign up for free.

Convertkit: This is definitely one of the most popular email marketing platforms. It’s not very flashy so you won’t find a lot of pre-built design templates but it definitely get’s the job done. They also have a free plan to get started.

Project Managment

Trello: This is a simple yet powerful project management platform. It allows you to keep track of projects in a creative and visual way.

Asana: This is another very popular project management platform. It has a clean look and feel. It has a lot of great features and templates. 

Appointment / Client or Guest Management

Dubsado: This is a CRM that allows you to automate your client processes. You can handle scheduling, invoicing, emailing and project management within this one software. Honeybook is a similar alternative.

Acuity: This is such a great resource for scheduling appointments particularly if you provide coaching packages and allow people to book multiple appointments at once.

Calendly: This is a free online appointment scheduling software that is great to use if you just need something simple and straightforward. They also have paid plans if you need more features.
